Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information. I recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured, traceable mail. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.
All Felbert Ready-made and Custom-made Leathergoods and Accessories made by me (MeHi), under my “Felbert” lable are truly versatile, reliable, simple and innovative - they are ideal for today's nomadic lifestyles and easy riding into remote areas, expeditions, globetrotting, dog teams, etc. I work hard to make sure that each “Felbert” artical is as well made as possable before it reaches you. I'm confident that all “Felbert” leather products will give you years of loyal service. However, I can't guarantee that any item won't eventually wear out in time, but until it does I'll repair it until it's beyond it's useful life.
All custom orders require a 50% up-front deposit, drawings and/or work schedule must be approved by you before any work begins. The remaining 50% will be due and payable upon completion of your order. Additional changes or extensive alterations to your custom order will be billed separately. I accept PayPal, cashier's cheques, wire transfers, email transfers, international money orders or cash.
I will send you a final invoice showing item prices, taxes, shipping and insurance costs for your approval before accepting your payment. I accept PayPal, cashier's cheques, wire transfers, email transfers or international money orders. I will reserve your purchase until payment clears and I'll ship your order the same day.
Everything I make and sell is inspected, fixed, cleaned and delivered to your doorstep in tip-top condition - Unless otherwise clearly noted in my product description. If you're not satisfied with any ready-made leather product you buy from Ye Olde Saddle Shoppe including “Felbert” leather products ("excluding custom made goods"), please return the item within 14 days of receipt and we'll refund you the purchase price of the item, return shipping is your responsibility. Items shipped to you will be photographed for my records showing the condition they are sent, if any item is damaged during shipping, please send photographs clearly indicating the damaged area and if there's no match - I will refund you the purchase price of that item and pay for the return shipping.
Canada, United States & International orders are charged regular shipping rates. Local Ontario residence can pick up their items in Toronto at 5% off the purchase price. I package items to be safe during their journey, insured and trackable.
